Gayatri Projects Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2012, to approve the Size of the Issue, Issue price and other matters pertaining to the Issue.
The Board will consider approving the Record Date for the purpose of deciding the shareholders who are eligible to apply for Equity Shares on rights basis in the proposed Rights Issue and finalise and approve the final list of Bankers to the Rights Issue.
