Jaipal Reddy non-committal on rollback of petrol price hike

Genco to buy ATC Tech in US$512.6mn: report

ATC Technology Corp has reportedly agreed to be bought by closely-held Genco Distribution System in an all-cash deal worth US$512.6mn.


According to reports, the shareholders will receive US$25 a share. The deal is expected to close during the fourth quarter of 2010.
