The board of Gennex Laboratories in its meeting on 18 May 2012 has accepted the resignation of Vinod Baid as director of the company.
The board has appointed Arihant Baid and Tiruvarur Muralidharan Gopalakrishnan as additional directors of the company.
The board has appointed Arihant Baid as managing director of the company subject to approval of shareholders.
The board has appointed Tiruvarur Muralidharan Gopalakrishnan as whole time director/ executive director of the company subject to approval of shareholders.
Further, the board has accepted the resignation of Kishore Jhunjhunwala as director of the company.
