The shareholders of Golden Legand have approved bonus issue at a proportion of one equity share for every one equity share held by the equity shareholders of the company.
The shareholders have approved to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs 3 crore to Rs 5 crore.
This was approved at the extraordinary general meeting held on 05 July 2012.
