National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd has announced that, as per office order dated January 20, 2012 of the Ministry of Power Government of India and in pursuance of Article 40/41 of the Articles of Association of NTPC Limited, the President has appointed the following three persons as Non-Official part-Time Directors on the Board of NTPC Limited for a period of three years with effect from January 30, 2012 or from the date of joining after this date or until further orders:

Anol Nath Chatterji
Sushil Khanna
