The members of Grandma Trading & Agencies in the extraordinary general meeting held on 12 December 2011 have approved the increase in authorized capital of company from existing Rs 0.15 crore divided into 1,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 16.00 crore divided into 1,60,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
The members have approved the issue and allotment of 1,50,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each on preferential basis to other than promoters.
