The committee of Grasim Industries on 31 December 2011 has allotted 1,740 equity shares under the company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006.
On allotment, the equity share capital of the company stands increased to 9,17,09,072 equity shares of Rs 10 each, aggregating to Rs 91.71 crore.
