The board of Gupta Carpets International in its meeting on 31 January 2012 has appointed R K Batra, D N Chaturvedi and Ranjan Kapoor as directors of the company.
Further, the board has accepted the resignation of Baldev Singh and Ankush Aggarwal, directors of the company.
