HCL Technologies Ltd. has reported a net profit of Rs 8.54bn for the fiscal fourth quarter. This represents an increase of ~42% over the previous quarter and 67% over the year-ago period.
Revenues are at Rs 59.19bn, up 13.5% QoQ and 37.7% YoY.
In US Dollar terms, revenues for the fourth quarter stood at US$1080mn, up 3% QoQ and 12% YoY. At US$156mn, the net income grew by 28.7% and 36.3% over the year-ago period.
EBITDA margin for Q4 FY12 stood at 22%.

Revenue at Rs 21,031 crores; up 31.2% YoY.
Net Income at Rs 2,526 crores; up 47.8% YoY.
In USD Terms:
FY12 revenue stood at US$4,152mn; up 17.1% YoY.
FY12 Net Income stood at US$495mn; up 30.9% YoY.
