HDFC Mutual Fund has fixed 9 August 2012 as the record date for the purpose of determining the eligible unitholders/beneficial owners holding units (in demat form) of HDFC FMP 375D July 2011 (2) - HDFC Fixed Maturity Plans - Series XVIII, a closed-ended income scheme, who would be entitled to the maturity/redemption proceeds on the maturity/final redemption date. The maturity/final redemption date of HDFC FMP 375D July 2011 (2) is on 10 August 2012.
The trading of the units of the scheme, which are listed on the Capital Market Segment of NSE will automatically get suspended with effect from 8 August 2012.
