As per the latest updates from the Spices Board of India, the average prices of cardamom in the auction held at Header Systems (India) Limited, Nedumkandam on Thursday (as on 19th July 2012) stood at Rs 723.57 and maximum price was at Rs 1102 per kg. The arrivals and offtakes stood at 72423 and 71683 kg respectively.
The average price in the previous auction was Rs 781.20 per kg, meanwhile arrivals and offtakes stood at at 65151 and 64941 kg respectively.
