The members of Harmony Capital Service have appointed B M Gattani & Co, Chartered Accountants as statutory auditors of the company for the financial year ended 31 March 2011 to fill the casual vacancy caused due to resignation of Sanjay R Sony & Associates.
This was decided at the extraordinary general meeting held on 26 August 2011.
