The board meeting of High Ground Enterprise will be held on 24 July 2012 to consider the issue of 1,02,000 equity shares upon conversion of warrants.
The board will also consider forfeiture of warrants as per Regulation 77 of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation 2009, for non-payment of amount due on warrant.
