Infomedia 18 has announced that the company has received an executed copy of the sanctioning order of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi dated 09 December 2011 approving the Scheme of arrangement between Network18 Media & Investments and Infomedia 18 and their respective shareholders and creditors.
