Trinity Ltd is planning to buy British fashion brand Gieves & Hawkes and its business for up to 92.5 million pounds (US$147 million), according to reports.
Reports stated that Hong Kong-listed Trinity reportedly said thatit entered into an agreement with Wing Tai Properties (BVI) Ltd. to buy G&H International Group and Marvinbond Group.
