IKF Technologies to hold AGM

The board of IKF Technologies in its meeting on 28 July 2012 has approved the Annual General Meeting of the company will be held on 25 August 2012.

Further, the board has taken on record the agreement entered into with Systema Shyam Teleservices for MTS BPO process.
