IMS launches Study Buddy for BlackBerry Smartphones

Study Buddy app is developed by Omni-Bridge Systems, and is available for download on BlackBerry App World.

IMS, the leader in management entrance training, today announced the launch of Study Buddy – an exclusive app for BlackBerry smartphones that helps students prepare for competitive exams.  Powered by intellectually rich and research-based content, Study Buddy app offers mock tests for premier MBA entrance exams such as CAT and CMAT.  The app also includes placement tests used by leading IT and other organizations for campus recruitments. Study Buddy app is developed by Omni-Bridge Systems, and is available for download on BlackBerry App World.


“BlackBerry is a popular brand among the youth today and Study Buddy is our way of making learning a lot more fun and interactive for them. Looking at the increased smartphone usage among the youth segment, there was a definite need to create this app, which helps students in preparing and benchmarking themselves for aptitude tests,” said Mr. Kamlesh Sajnani , MD, IMS.

Study Buddy offers tests based on variable difficulty levels depending on the preparedness of the candidate. The Study Buddy backend engine has a wide variety of questions in its bank that are randomly selected based on the difficulty levels related to the various entrance exams practiced by a student.
