The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) has asked non-life insurers to submit half-yearly and yearly reports on trade credit insurance business.
“With a view to maintain consistency in reporting and better analysis of the credit insurance portfolio, the Authority has devised certain forms for reporting under credit insurance,’’ the regulator said in a circular issued on 7th June.
All the non-life insurers should submit half-yearly reports for the financial year 2011-12 within 15 days, the circular added.
