Indian Hotels Company Ltd has announced that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on November 20, 2012, Cyrus P. Misty has been appointed as an Additional Director designated as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company and will take over from Ratan Tata on his retirement in December, 2012.
