Indian cotton sales dropped 14% : reports

Cotton sales by growers in India has reportedly dropped 14 % in the season that began Oct. 1. According to reports, arrivals totaled 16.6 million bales of 170 kilograms (374.8 pounds) each as on Jan. 29, compared with 19.35 million bales a year earlier.
