Intel Capital has acquired a stake in Omnesys Technologies Pvt., a software company based in Bangalore, according to a report.
The report stated that the company plans to help Omnesys connect with potential customers and take its product to securities markets around the world.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed, adds report.
