Invensys Operations Management has reportedly bought 100% stake Skelta Software Private Limited through its Singapore-based subsidiary Invensys Process Systems Pte Ltd for an undisclosed sum. Gross assets acquired are valued at around GBP2mn. Skelta technology will enable Invensys Operations Management to deliver new, easy-to-configure workflow, collaboration and process-centric applications. The business will continue to be managed by Skelta’s existing executive team, adding around 130 employees to Invensys operations in India.
