The board of Inventure Growth & Securities in its meeting on 08 December 2011 has noted that Arvind Gala has resigned and ceased to be chief financial officer (CFO) of the company effective from 08 December 2011. Pankaj Rana, vice president, finance will be heading finance & accounts department until alternative arrangements are made.
