Italian private equity firm Investindustrial has sold a 49.9% stake in Spain-based helicopter services company Inaer Aviation Group to private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co., according to a report.
The report stated that the sale price values the entire company at EUR700 mn.
Investindustrial, which acquired 75% of the company for EUR205 mn in July 2005, together with Inaer management team will retain the remaining 50.1% in the helicopter company, report adds.
