The board of Jubilant Life Sciences in its meeting on 06 February 2012 has granted 28,922 options to the eligible employees in accordance with JLL Employees Stock Option Plan, 2011. Each option shall entitle the holder to acquire 1 equity share of Re 1 of the company at a price of Rs 174.90 per share.
