Kalido partners Teradata to deliver rapid time to value data

Under the terms of the partnership, Kalido will release a version of its award-winning Kalido Information Engine that will be certified to run on the Teradata Database

Kalido, the leading independent provider of enterprise data governance solutions and Teradata, the world’s largest company solely focused on data warehousing and enterprise analytics, announced a partnership to deliver rapid time to value data marts for businesses that are ready to move quickly into advanced analytics. Teradata’s partnership with Kalido is committed to delivering the rapid implementation and quick time to value customers today demand. Kalido plus Teradata will give customers the ability to:


 * Rapidly translate business requirements into building new Teradata data marts in weeks, not months

 * Build dependent data marts from a Teradata Enterprise Data Warehouse

 * Enable rapid prototyping, allowing stronger collaboration between IT and business and automating change management


Under the terms of the partnership, Kalido will release a version of its award-winning Kalido Information Engine that will be certified to run on the Teradata Database. The companies expect to begin deployments in Q3 of 2010.
