Kamdhenu Ispat has announced that the vacancy caused by the resignation of Parvesh Kumar Goel, independent director, from the board of directors of the company has been filled by the board in their meeting held on 30 May 2012.
The board has appointed Ramesh Chand Surana as independent director in their meeting on 30 May 2012.
