According to media reports, engineering major Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is likely to sign a joint venture agreement with global reinsurer Swiss Re to enter health insurance business.
The reports said Zurich-based Swiss Re will pick up 26% stake in the proposed joint venture.
However, the memorandum of understanding (MoU) for the health insurance partnership is yet to be announced by both the players.
