The board of Maharashtra Corporation in its meeting on 10 July 2012 has approved the appointment of Ravi Grover and Jayanti Sharma as additional directors of the company with effect from 10 July 2012.
The board has accepted the resignation of Ramesh Kumar Bhattar and Jethmal Rathi, directors of the company with effect from 10 July 2012.
