Mahindra Satyam has enter into an agreement with Aberdeen Claims Administration Inc to settle charges of losses due to the Satyam scam filed in a US district court for $ 12 million (Rs667mn), according to reports.
Reports said that Aberdeen has alleged that investors suffered losses of $ 68 mn after the Satyam scam broke out.
The settlement is subject to an appropriate consent order by the concerned US court, says report.
