Marico Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2012, has considered and approved the declaration of a second interim dividend of Re. 0.40 per equity share of Re.1/- each (being 40% on paid-up equity share capital of Rs. 61.50 Crore) for the financial year 2011-12.
