As per the latest updates from the Spices Board of India, the average prices of cardamom in the auction held at Mas Enterprises, Vandanmettu on Friday (as on 10th February 2012) stood at Rs 641.87 and maximum price was at Rs 848 per kg. The arrivals and offtakes stood at 103726 kg and 101406 kg respectively.
The average price in the previous auction was Rs 673.51 per kg, meanwhile arrivals and off takes stood at 93232 kg and 92943 kg respectively.
