Delhi court has said that Union Home Minister P Chidambaram in the 2G spectrum allocation scam will not be investigated, according to reports.
Earlier on February 2, 2012 Supreme Court had referred the matter of whether Chidambaram's role should be investigated back to the trial court.
Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy had moved the apex court seeking a probe against former finance minister and current Home Minister P Chidambaram, says report.
