National Aluminium Co is planning to invest US$3.8 bn buying a coal mine in Indonesia, according to a report.
The report stated that the company is in talks with Indonesian firms.
The company is planning to build an aluminum smelter and a coal-fired power plant in East Kalimantan on the Borneo island in a joint venture.
