The board of NHC Foods in its meeting on 26 May 2012 has decided to issue and allot 25,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each on preferential allotment basis at a price not less than the price as determined in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2009 to various investors, subject to the approval of the shareholders and relevant authorities.
The board of directors has decided to issue and allot 11,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each on preferential allotment basis at a price not less than the price as determined in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations 2009 to promoters and promoter group, subject to the approval of the shareholders and relevant authorities.
