Life Insurance Corporation of India has submitted to the Exchange vide its letter dated August 13, 2012 a copy of disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 along with Disclosure under Regulation 13(3) and 13(6) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
