Amrutanjan Health Care Limited has informed the Exchange that pursuant to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company for sub-dividing the Equity Shares of the Company, the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed the Record Date as 29th October, 2012 for the purpose of determining the eligible shareholders for sub-divided shares of the Company.
