Atlas Cycles (Haryana) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share transfer books of the Company shall remain closed from September 22, 2012 to September 29, 2012 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29, 2012 and for the purpose of dividend.
