Life Insurance Corporation of India has submitted to the Exchange vide its letter dated May 08, 2012 a copy of disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 along with disclosure under regulation 13(3) and 13(6) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
