Bharat Gears Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from July 20, 2012 to July 26, 2012 (both days inclusive) . The Book Closure is in view of the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2012, scheduled to be held on July 26, 2012 and declaration of dividend in the said AGM. Further, the dividend shall be paid on or before August 24, 2012.
