Britannia Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that at their Meeting held on September 21, 2012, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the allotment of Equity Shares of the Company of the face value of Rs. 2 each to Ms. Vinita Bali on exercise of options granted to her at an exercise price of Rs. 191.06 per share under the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) as fully paid up.
