Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 27, 2012 has considered the payment of Interim Dividend of Rs.10/- per share on 2,66,60,745 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company and such dividend will be paid on or after August 13, 2012.
