Creative Eye Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on May 25, 2011, transacted the following : (1) Re-appointment of Shri Dheeraj Kumar, as Chairman and Managing Director, subject to shareholders approval in the Annual General Meeting, for a period of 3 years with effect from June 01, 2011; (2) Re-appointment of Smt. Zuby Kochhar, as Whole Time Director designated as Executive Director, subject to shareholders approval in the Annual General Meeting, for a period of 3 years with effect from June 01, 2011.
