Dish Tv India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 09, 2012 has approved the Postal Ballot notice for seeking consent of the shareholders for the following matters : (1) Re-appointment of Mr. Jawahar Lal Goel as the Managing Director of the Company for a further period of 3 years from January 06, 2012; (2) Change in terms of appointment of Mr. Gaurav Goel, in terms of Section 314(1)(B) of the Companies Act, 1956; (3) Insertion of a new object in relation to providing services of Internet Services Provider (ISP) in other objects of the Memorandum of Association of the Company subject to necessary approvals.
