Exide Industries Limited has informed the Exchange that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on July 17, 2012, Mr T V Ramanathan has been reappointed as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company for a period of one year with the effect from May 1, 2012 up to April 30, 2012.
