Gabriel India Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2012, have declared Interim Dividend of 30% i.e. Rs. 0.30 per equity share. The Payment of Dividend on Equity Shares will be made on November 30, 2012.
