Gallantt Ispat Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on December 29, 2011, has passed a resolution to shift the Registered Office of the Company from 11, Crooked Lane, Second Floor, Kolkata - 700 069 to 1, Crooked Lane, Second Floor, Room No. 222 & 223, Kolkata- 700 069 (within the local limits of Kolkata). Pursuant to the provisions of Section 146 of the Companies Act, 1956 Form No. 18 has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.
