Gujarat State Petronet Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2011 approved allotment of 10,535 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005 (ESOP - 2005) and 12,151 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2010 (ESOP - 2010) consequent to which the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 5,626,583,970 to Rs. 5,626,810,830.
