Jumbo Bag Limited has informed the Exchange that the Register of Member and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 27th July 2011 to 2nd August 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting to be held on 2nd August 2011.
