National Fertilizers Limited has informed the Exchange that consequent upon vacation of office by Shri V.K. Sharma, Chairman & Managing Director, Shri Deepak Singhal, Joint Secretary, Department of Fertilizers already Director on the Board has taken over additional charge of the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. February 25, 2011 (afternoon).
